Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of foundplan.com and any Shopify SEO Plan you buy from us. Found Plan is a business name registered in Australia (ABN 96 515 155 731), based in Littlehampton, South Australia. "We", "us" and "our" mean Found Plan. By buying a plan or using the site, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

A Shopify SEO Plan is a one-off purchase of US$27 for one Shopify store. We build it from your store's public pages and search data. Each plan includes the changes we expect to bring your store the most traffic from Google and AI in the order to do them, a checklist, a breakdown of each item with the steps, an AI chat that answers questions about your plan, and notes from the SEO specialist who reviews it.

Delivery

Your plan is delivered to your account on foundplan.com within 30 minutes of payment. An SEO specialist reviews it and adds notes within a day. You sign in to your account to see it.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes every payment and we never see or store your full card details. Any tax your country charges on digital services is shown at checkout.

Our guarantee

If you follow your plan and three months later you've had no extra traffic from Google and AI, we'll refund you in full and have a second look at your store for free. You keep your plan.

To claim it:

• Tick off every item in your plan in your account, with each change made the way its steps describe.
• Keep those changes live, with your store online and at the same web address.
• Wait three months from the day you tick off the last item.
• Email us screenshots from Shopify analytics or Google Search Console showing your visits from Google and AI tools such as ChatGPT, for the month before you bought your plan and for the third month after you ticked off the last item. If the later month isn't higher, the guarantee applies.

We may check your store's public pages to confirm the changes are live. There's one claim per plan. The guarantee isn't a promise of traffic, positions or sales. Our Refund Policy covers every other refund.

What we don't promise

We don't promise positions on Google or in AI answers, or any level of traffic or sales. Search engines and AI services decide what they show. Your results depend on the changes you make and when you make them.

Using your plan

Your plan is for the store you bought it for. You can share it with the people who work on your store and keep it for as long as you like. You can't resell it, or use our site or plans to build a product that competes with ours.

You decide which changes to make to your store and you're responsible for making them. Check that each change suits your store before you make it.

AI chat

The chat in your account runs on AI. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you act on it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We can suspend an account that's used to break these terms or the law.

Our content and yours

The site, our software and the way we build plans belong to us. Your store and its content belong to you. When you buy a plan, you give us permission to read your store's public pages to build it.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer law of your own country, that can't be excluded.

If you're a consumer in the UK, you'd normally have 14 days to cancel. When you buy, you ask us to start building your plan straight away, and your right to cancel ends once your plan is delivered.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with a plan is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect loss such as lost sales or profits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
