Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Found Plan collects, how we use it and who we share it with. Found Plan is a business name registered in Australia (ABN 96 515 155 731). If you have a question about your information, email hello@foundplan.com.

What we collect

• When you buy a plan: your name, email address, your store's web address and the country your business trades in. Stripe handles your payment details and we never see your full card number.
• When you use your account: your plan, the items you tick off and the questions you ask in the chat.
• When you email us: your email address and what you write.
• When you visit the site: the pages you view, your device and browser, and your IP address. Our hosting provider and the Meta pixel collect these.

How we use it

• To build your plan, deliver it and review it
• To run your account and answer the questions you ask in the chat
• To take payments, give refunds and keep records of delivery
• To reply to your emails
• To measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people likely to be interested
• To keep the tax and business records the law requires

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it with the services that run Found Plan:

• Stripe, for payments
• Meta, for measuring and showing our ads
• Vercel, which hosts the site
• Google Workspace, for email
• The providers of the AI models and search data we use to build plans and run the chat

We also share it when the law requires us to.

Where it's stored

Your information may be stored and processed outside your country, including in Australia and the United States.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

The site uses the Meta pixel, a piece of code from Meta that sets cookies. It tells Meta when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site or buys a plan. You can block cookies in your browser settings and control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and plan while your account is open. We keep payment and tax records for five years, as Australian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time and we'll delete everything we don't have to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email hello@foundplan.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you're in the UK, you also have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to object to how we use your information and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. In Australia, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Children

We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We'll post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
